Click on the first girl in the menu, and then on the SPA building on the map. Click "Skip" in the upper right corner to skip dialogs. Now hold down the left mouse button and drag the washcloth from the bottom panel towards your face to lather, then rinse with water. Squeeze pimples with a special tool, wipe with an ice cube and a disinfectant ointment. When you are done with cosmetic procedures, go to the makeup salon, and then pick up the outfits for the heroine.
