To start, press "Play" and the arrow. Click on the first color icon in the menu and make a similar nail art. Click on the brush, then on the first bubble and apply the base on each nail. Next, paint part of the nails red, then finish with white. Create snowflakes with a thin tool. When you finish your manicure, go to the next mode and draw a new New Year's nail art.
