Halloween Dress-Up Parade is a fun kids game in which you will dress up cartoon characters in carnival costumes and decorate locations for Halloween. Click "Play" to get started. Paw Patrol dogs, Dasha, genies Shimmer and Shine, Blaze and Wonder Cars are going to celebrate Halloween. Choose from the menu any of the 6 locations. For example, a pirate ship, a farm, another planet. In the white bar on the right, select a hero and move him to a location. To scroll, press the arrows. Click on the icons in lilac to switch between sections with clothing and inventory. Find a Halloween costume there, arrange skeletons, pumpkins and more. When you're done, click "Done" on the left. When candies or spiders fly on the field, click on them to catch them.
