The arrow will suggest the course of action. Take the tool and bring it to the indicated place to perform the action. Hold down the left mouse button and drag the tongs towards the spikes to pull them out. Wipe wounds with a tissue to remove dirt. Then lubricate with a disinfectant. Stitch up deep cuts and apply band-aids to wounds.
