The girls have not yet learned how to take care of them properly and need your help. First, pick up outfits for Moana in the game, and then start caring for her puppy. The dog ran in the rain in the yard, got hurt and got sick. Show yourself as a doctor to cure the dog. Select the spines with tongs. Take an x-ray and reattach the crushed bone. When you finish treating and bathing Moana's puppy, take on the game as Princess Rapunzel's dog.
